
Attorney Ashley Kimsey
Ashley grew up in New Smyrna Beach, FL. After high school, she moved to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida where she majored in Legal Studies and minored in Mass Communications. While obtaining her undergraduate degree, she worked for the Walt Disney World Company and later started working as a flight attendant. She completed her law school studies at the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, while still employed full time with the airline. She is as committed to her clients now as she was to her studies.
After law school, Ashley passed the Florida Bar Exam and was admitted to practice. She started her legal career at the State Attorney's Office in Daytona Beach, FL where she handled an extensive caseload and gained invaluable experience with the criminal justice system by resolving mostly DUI and Domestic Battery cases.
She later joined a private criminal defense firm where she represented clients facing charges ranging from second degree misdemeanors to first degree felonies. She's won multiple trials and countless motions. She understands the criminal justice system inside and out and is passionate in helping her clients through every part of the process.
